Risk: A misaligned mat may not be supported, resulting in an occupant falling from the bunk and increasing the risk of injury.
Risk: A ladder that pulls away from the bunk increases the risk of injury.
Risk: An air conditioner soft start device that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
Risk: A circuit board that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
Risk: A loose nut can cause electrical arcing or overheating, increasing the risk of a fire.
Risk: A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Risk: A gas leak can increase the risk of a fire.
Risk: A damaged engine block may leak oil, which can contact hot engine or exhaust components, increasing the risk of a fire.
