Risk: If the ground cable breaks, the engine cannot be re-started to move the vehicle to a safe area, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: If the mirror glass detaches, the driver may have reduced visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: The damage to the engine may result in it shutting off and increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: An electrical arc or overheating can increase the risk of a fire. An engine shutdown can increase the risk of a crash.
Risk: Excessive wear of the cylinders can result in engine failure, increasing the risk of a crash.
