Risk: During a crash, a seat belt retractor that does not function as intended increases the risk of injury.
Risk: If the safety systems do not deploy as intended in a roll over crash, it may increase the risk of injury.
Risk: If the circuit board were to overheat, it can increase the risk of a fire.
Risk: The circuit board may smolder which could result in a vehicle fire.
Risk: In the event of an ABS system problem, only the the outer circle of the symbol illuminates, not the ABS letters. As such, the driver may be unaware that there is a problem with the ABS, increasing the risk of a crash.
