The problem
Ring Power Corporation (Ring Power) is recalling certain 2019-2026 Terex C4000, C5000, C6000, and General 65 digger derrick trucks. An insufficient weld on the plate weldment may crack, causing the retaining pin to separate.
The risk
Without a retaining pin, the pole guide arm may fall, increasing the risk of injury to people around the truck.
The fix
Ring Power will inspect and replace the weldment plate as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 2026. Owners may contact Ring Power's customer service at 1-904-737-7730. Ring Power's number for this recall is UTC0001.
