The problem

Rosenbauer America (Rosenbauer) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Commander and 2024 Warrior fire engines. The rim weld may crack, causing the wheel to separate and tire to deflate.

The risk

Wheel and/or tire failure increases the risk of a crash.

The fix

Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until the remedy has been completed. Dealers will replace the wheels and tires as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 19, 2026. Owners may contact Rosenbauer customer service at 1-651-462-1000.
