- EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:ACCESSORY GENERATOR:SOLAR PANEL · STRUCTURE:CRITICAL FASTENERS
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Twist, Dazzle, 2023 Tranquility, Sanctuary, 2022-2024 Tellaro, Sequence, and 2024 Freedom Elite Van recreational vehicles. The solar panel mounting brackets may become loose or break allowing the solar panel to detach.
Risk: A detached solar can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and install missing washers, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 12, 2026. Another notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000336.

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2024 Twist, 2023-2024 Dazzle, Scope, Rize, Sequence, and 2022-2024 Tellaro recreational vehicles. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, allowing the solar panel to detach.
Risk: A detached solar panel can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will remove and replace the sealant, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 23, 2026. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall RC000337.
- FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Sequence, 2021-2024 Rize, Scope, Tellaro, 2023-2024 Dazzle, and Twist motorhomes, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i generator sets. The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the injection pump module (IPM) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.
Risk: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel hose and clamps, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 22, 2023. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000294.

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2022 Scope, Tellaro, Sanctuary, Delano, Sequence, Tranquility, Rize, Synergy, Quantum, Magnitude, Geneva, Compass, Chateau, Four Winds, and 2022-2023 Tiburon, and Gemini vehicles. The quick disconnect fittings in the LP gas system may be cracked, causing a gas leak.
Risk: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the quick disconnect fittings, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 27, 2022. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867.

Risk: An electrical short can cause the junction box to overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.

The contact owns a 2022 Thor Motor Coach Tellaro built on a 2021 Ram 3500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was an abnormal thumping sound coming from the roof of the RV, prompting the contact to pull over to the shoulder of the roadway to investigate. I own a Thor Tellaro RV, body made by Dodge. Thor puts a 2nd alternator under the hood and a flange in front of it. This flange rubs against the radiator hose causing it to break. The coolant caused leaked out and the engine overheated and quit. Thor has acknowledged this problem, but Thor had no recall notice and will not cover the engine under warranty.
