The vehicle has experienced intermittent loss of power/acceleration when taking off from a stop. When the accelerator pedal is pressed, the vehicle sometimes does not accelerate normally or has substantially reduced power. This creates a safety concern because the vehicle may not accelerate as expected when entering or crossing traffic or in other situations where predictable acceleration is necessary. This has been happening off and on for several month. Around the same…

There is an interior design defect on the 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross XSE regarding sharp, overlapping hard plastic edges located directly underneath the steering column and lower dashboard assembly. The clearance in this specific area is too narrow for normal vehicle ingress and egress. As a result, the driver's knees repeatedly strike and scrape against this sharp plastic seam when getting in and out of the vehicle. This has caused multiple bodily injuries within two months…

I purchased this vehicle new December 2025. 4 times now it has lost throttle control after turning in traffic. Only to after a second or two to suddenly accelerate unexpectedly at full throttle. This has been periodic for 4 months now. The dealer says they can’t replicate the incident, and they are finished investigating it. Leaving me in fear that an accident is eminent.

2nd incident. As I was driving on the highway, approaching an exit on my righthand side. I kept following the straight path in my lane, the lane assit of my vehicle assumed I was exiting my lane and jerked the steering wheel from my hands. My car dangerously veered into the lefthand lane.

Pooling of water on passenger side of vehicle. Drain tube clogged HVAC under 2300 miles. They stated it was because I ran through a mud puddle and denied the warranty and will not cover the interior of the vehicle. The interior is moldy from the water exposure, and the electrical system has been compromised. I cannot use the vehicle as the mold poses an immediate environmental safety concern for my family to include by 1 year old child.

I was driving on my way into work on highway 169 Northbound going 65 mph in the left lane with nobody in the front of me, and nobody to the right of me, and head a loud popping noise, turns out that my windshield cracked. It started as a 6"-8" crack, and then it grew across the entire windshield over a couple of days. The crack is on the inside of the car, not on the outside, which means that it does not have an impact point on it. A crack to suddenly appear with a loud pop…
