In November 2019 my key fob became inoperable and I called a local Conicelli Honda dealer in Conshohocken, PA to see if they could replace it. They said they could replace it so I took my 2007 Honda Accord there to purchase a new key fob. When I spoke to the service person she informed me that I would have to get the airbag recall issue addressed also and that it would be no charge to have that done. So I agreed. Now years later I'm still receiving the airbag recall notices.…

I have taken my car for the airbag recalls in the past. A few weeks ago, after taking the car to a car wash, the airbag icon came on my dash. I had it put on a diagnostic machine and it showed AIR BAG:FRONTAL:DRIVER SIDE:INFLATOR MODULE. The local Honda dealership will not fix it unless I pay out of my pocket. I don't feel like I should have to pay for a repair and I'm concerned that the airbag won't deploy in an accident.
