Car lost power when driving and MIL light came on. Loss of power placed myself and all those around me in a hazardous situation. Took to Honda dealer and P219A engine code came up. They completed the Carbon Buildup cleaning procedure under warranty (Bulletin 21-007). Car still had same issue after cleaning. They adjusted the valves (at my expense) still having the same issue. They updated the FI programming still had the same issue. They replaced the 4 fuel injectors then…

The lane mitigation and brake system warning lights came on. The car swerved on its own off the road to the right. It put me onto the shoulder of the highway. I had to fight the steering wheel to get the car to move to the left to get back on the road. This happened twice during busy rush hour highway traffic. It also started braking periodically in the weeks leading up to this without any visible signs of being too close to an object or anything else. It was very unnerving.
