On multiple occasions my 2024 Grand Cherokee 4XE will flash "Service Hybrid System" and cut out while driving. Brakes, steering, and other functions are severely limited on these occurences. I have brought this issue up with the Jeep dealership every time the incident happens and they always ask if there are any lights on. No lights stay on, the engine and all systems just cut out. Vehicle shut down completely while in the left lane of the highway. Thankfully she was able to maneuver it to the shoulder and started it back up and continued on. At 4 AM. Another four days later, the Jeep failed to start in the parking lot of work. It started on a whim still with every…

My vehicle has two issues. One is the heating/cooling components. The car requires the heat to be set at above 75 to obtain any heat, most often it blows very cool or even cold air. It has been in the shop several times, for days at a time with no fix. Picked it up yesterday, they had it set at 77, blew cold air on the drive home, approx. 5 miles. The second and most alarming issue is the 95B recall for Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have had no vehicle for 3.5 months following the…
