The contact owns a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while her husband was driving 45 MPH, there was a loud pop before the front passenger’s side headrest unexpectedly deployed. The dealer was contacted and confirmed the passenger’s side headrest failure. The manufacturer was contacted by phone and certified mail and made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
