   When driving my vehicle suddenly shuts off the engine and puts the vehicle into park. This has happened multiple times now and everything shuts down, power steering, etc goes out and I’m afraid it will cause a serious accident.This seems very dangerous.    I recently had an oil change at the dealership I purchased the Wagoneer from. Three days after the oil change was completed, I was sitting at a stop light when the vehicle completely shut down, and the power steering went out.    Instrument panel dash frozen. instrument dash panel frozen at the screen where it says start/stop press brake to turn the vehicle on, we can’t see how fast we’re going when driving. This has occurred on multiple occasions. We’ve taken it to a Jeep dealership. Who reset the PCM but it does not resolve the issue.

   Our vehicle was purchased in December of 2025. Aprox. One month after purchase the vehicle unexpectedly turns off while driving. Fails to start. Along with multiple other issues. Its has been in the shop over the course of that time more than four months and is in the shop current day 14sept2026. We have spend roughly $10,000 to date and continue to be financially and emotionally ravaged. Sealants has been no help. The purchasing dealership also refuses to make it right.

   Vehicle began to randomly shut off at low speed while moving, while stopped and also in park. Has not yet happened at high speeds. All occasions are at speeds of less than 5 mph, no MIL.    I purchased my 2023 Jeep Wagoneer new in March 2023. The vehicle has experienced multiple electrical/electronic safety-related failures. Beginning around Oct. 2024, the digital instrument cluster intermittently failed to load after startup, leaving me without critical information including vehicle speed and fuel level.    The vehicle has not started, on 2 separate occasions. It will not start, let you open the door and, the APP won't work. It is just dead. After a period of time, it will start and work fine. Then it won't start again. I have read there are several instances on your web site of this type of failure. The dealer can't find anything "wrong".

    Pulling from a stop sign across two lanes of traffic into a median, the car shut off and then started back. When it started back there were multiple warning lights. Pulled out onto highway and when coming to the next turn, there were no power brakes. Had to use extreme pressure to slow the vehicle down to a stop. Turned the car off and then back on and most lights went off.

    Problem occurs randomly and have not been able to consistently repeat results. Vehicle stops and shuts off and puts itself into park. Restart vehicle and it drives normally. It did this once pulling out of a parking lot into traffic, oncoming traffic was able to stop to avoid us. We brought it to the dealership to be looked at and they found nothing wrong. They did say codes were in the computer but since they weren’t active they couldn’t do anything about it. No lights stay…
