When I was driving my 2017 Nissan rogue sport it was jerking forward as I was driving with no other issues show before. I took it to the mechanic and they pulled the transmission fluid and it was dark and smelly. The check engine light came on and I was told not to drive it. With further research I have found that others were having this issue as was advised to make a report about it to assure safety for other people.

Problem can not be reproduced on demand. It randomly happens and throws no codes or check engine light. The vehicle has only been inspected by the dealership and independent…
