    Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2024 Toyota Tacoma Hybrid, 2025 Tundra Hybrid, Tundra, 2026 RAV4 Hybrid, 4Runner i-Force Max Hybrid, and 4Runner vehicles. The load carrying capacity modification label may display inaccurate added weight values. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

    Risk: A vehicle with an incorrect maximum capacity weight value may be overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will replace the load carrying capacity modification label, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 18, 2026. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's number for this recall is 26TA18.

    Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Toyota Tundra and Tundra Hybrid vehicles equipped with a Panoramic View Monitor (PVM) system. The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

    Risk: A rearview camera image that does not display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will update the parking assist ECU software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 23, 2026. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 26TB02 and 26TA02.

    Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Tundra, Tundra Hybrid, and 2023-2025 Sequoia Hybrid vehicles. A software error may cause the rearview image not to display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

    Risk: A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will update the multimedia display software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 19, 2025. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 25TB10 and 25TA10.

    EXTERIOR LIGHTING:BACK UP LIGHTS

    Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra and Tundra Hybrid vehicles. Moisture may enter the reverse light assemblies and cause a light failure.

    Risk: Reverse light failure may reduce visibility, and not alert pedestrians and other drivers that the vehicle is backing up, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will replace both reverse light assemblies and repair the wire harnesses as necessary, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed May 23, 2026. This is a phased recall. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331.Toyota's numbers for this recall are 24TB06 and 24TA06.

    Two issues happening at the same time. “Key not detected” and “TPMS System Malfunction”. Key not detected: Happens at various times, either at startup or while driving, an error message that says “Key not detected “ comes on the dash and a loud beeping.     Possible issue with the safety of others: My tailgate for my 2025 Tundra crewmax came opened (unknown to me) and contents of my Truck bed dumped onto the road. The incident as it happened. I was backed into a parking spot, truck was off, when I got in my remote was in my pocket and the truck would not start. So I pulled the remote out of my pocket and put it in the console.     On 06/02/2026, at approximately 20,000 miles, the driver's front interior door handle on my 2025 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro failed. An internal component connecting the handle to the latch mechanism broke, and the door could not be opened from inside. I was unable to exit the vehicle through the driver's door using the interior handle. I had to lower the window and open the door using the exterior handle to exit the vehicle.     When using the cruise control and lane keeping system the truck will jerk into oncoming traffic and try to swerve off to turning lanes. I took it to Toyota and they couldn't find any problem. no warning lights or any indication of a problem shows on the dash. At this point the system is unusable.     The contact owns a 2025 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated that while driving 6 MPH and parking the vehicle, the brake pedal was depressed, and the brake lights became inoperable. Additionally, the rear cross traffic warning light was failing.
