The 59G travato bedframe (zomi) weld broke while laying on the bed resulting in us falling off the bed. Could of been much worse. Others in Facebook groups and forums have had the same issue with beds breaking at the same weld which is at the end of the bed. Contacted Winnebago and they said nothing they can do. Case:00432260

May 24,2025 as we were driving, the awning completely deployed out causing us to quickly drive on a safer lane to the side to avoid any risk to other drivers. This is definitely a safety risk for travel that can put ourselves and others at harm or crash collision. There were no prior warning whatsoever on our dash board or driver console at all during this incident.

I turned the engine off, awning stopped about 75% out. We were luckily NOT parked next to anything that could have been…

My safety complaint is for a 2022 Winnebago Travato RV which has a Ram Pro Master Chassis with solar panels on roof. It has two solar panels that are 12" X 18" and 36" X 36" mounted about 4 to 6 inches horizontal above the roof line. The problem is that at higher speeds the flow of wind makes a very strong Turbulence and causes the RV to shutter and vibrate and very hard to control. If a gust of wind comes and you are not ready you could loose control of the RV and crash.…
