Risk: A detached trailer increases the risk of a crash.
Risk: Turn signals that do not function properly may fail to indicate the rider's intention to change direction, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: Speedometer failure increases the risk of a crash.
Risk: An engine stall can cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Risk: Unstable idling or an engine stall can lead to loss of control of the motorcycle, increasing the risk of an injury or crash.
Risk: Damaged brake calipers can detach and cause a loss of braking ability, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: Limited throttle response, engine stall, or a missing warning light can increase the risk of a crash.
Risk: A broken throttle grip may restrict throttle movement or cause a loss of throttle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: A lack of acceleration can increase the risk of a crash.
Risk: An owner that references an incorrect VIN label may not recognize their vehicle is involved in a safety recall, and may not have the recall remedy performed, which could increase the risk of injury, fire, or a crash.
