This vehicle experiences multiple recurring safety-critical system failures while driving, creating a dangerous operating condition for both the driver and the public. 1. Dashboard / Instrument Cluster Failure While Driving While the vehicle is in motion, the dashboard display intermittently shuts off completely. When this occurs, I cannot see my speed, warning lights, battery status, or any other gauges. This creates a severe safety risk because I am effectively driving…

Left turn signal can activate by itself after right turn. Details: Driving and making a right turn with the right turn signal active, after the turn when the signal cancels, the signal sometimes activates the left blink-to-pass feature causing the left signal to blink 3 times. This appears to be because the turn signal arm falls too hard. When turning onto a multi lane road this causes confusion to drivers coming up behind where they think I am moving into the left lane, but…

The glare reflecting from the dashboard on to the windshield is many times blinding and obstructs a lot of the front view. Also randomly the side mirrors tilt up while driving giving me a view of the sky but not the road behind me.

While driving the vehicle loses power to the instrument panel and gauges and infotainment system. The vehicle remains under power however the driver looses the ability to see how fast the vehicle is moving or any information as the entire dashboard loses power. The safety to both myself and my family as well as other drivers is at risk if I am unable to see how fast I am going or control any equipment in my vehicle. This is a known issue online with many other drivers of the…

After getting the recall repaired (which I was never informed of and I had the parking brake engage as I was travelling 30 mph causing me to skid down the road) I got the vehicle back and the very next day it was the same issue and the abs and traction control light came on and it began making loud clicking noises every time I would engage the brake.

The right side tail signal light module needs to be replaced. I was having intermittent issues with the right turn signal, I took the car to the dealership and they told me that the module needed to be replaced. The car has been in the dealership since March 19th, more than a month ago waiting for the part. I contacted Chevrolet and they keep telling me that no ETA for part is available, and they do not provide any more details on what is causing this delay.

This vehicle with a total of 700 miles on the odometer, gave several warning notifications this morning on my way to work. Service high voltage system, reduced acceleration notification. I was on the interstate and suddenly became unable to accelerate to keep up with traffic, creating a dangerous situation for my safety. This is a know problem with the Blazer EV, as GM had previously issued a stop sale order in December of 2023, a supposed software update was issued and they…

The emergency brakes engaging in reverse and while in drive. Not available for inspection as the vehicle is now totaled. It was involved in a rollover accident. I believe the emergency brakes caused the rollover. If the rollover was in fact due to the emergency brakes engaging, the accident could have happened on the highway, or a busier street putting several lives in danger. Thankfully, there were no other vehicles involved. The dealership as well as GM were notified of…

There is an interment issue with my passenger, rear turn signal. Once activated, it will flash three times, and then display a "Check Right Rear Turn Lamp" message. My front and mirror light still flash, but flash rapidly to indicate an issue with the rear signal. The rear signal does not flash, but periodically will flash quickly for 2-3 flashes and go out again. I’ve had intermittent issues where the one pedal driving feature would disable itself. Last night I narrowly avoided a T-bone collision as the OPD deactivated and as I approached a junction it took me a second to realize the car was not stopping and it was only by sheer luck that the other vehicle stopped abruptly so we didn’t collide.
