My vehicle is currently being recalled for the recall 52D, I have reached out twice in a thirty day span asking about a fix and been told both times there are no parts for this fix. The risk of this recall includes fire, while charging or while parked and off.

On July 19, 2026, I was driving my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid on E-470 at approximately 75 mph. Without warning, the dashboard displayed "Stop Safely. Vehicle Will Shut Off Soon," and the amber check engine light illuminated. At the same time, the vehicle immediately lost all motor power, began slowing, and did not respond to accelerator input. There were six occupants in the vehicle, including four young children. I was traveling on a busy six-lane highway with little to…

Driving down a highway at 70 mph and a notification popped up saying to pull over and turn off the vehicle because the engine would shut down soon. I lost the ability to accelerate and impeded traffic. Had to pull over on the side of the road with minimal shoulder. This has happened dozens of times; all at high rates of speed and often in heavy traffic.

Traveling on an interstate at 75 mph (posted speed limit) and a warning popped up telling us to pull over bc the engine will shut off. We lost acceleration and could not continue with the flow of traffic. Had to cross through multiple lanes of traffic without the ability to accelerate. This has happened several times in this vehicle. I feel unsafe driving.

The car randomly gives a warning on the dashboard in red, with red turtle symbol, to pull over and stop safely. A lot of the time we will be on the highway and can't pull over safely. It happens at any speed. 25, 80, 65, etc. It's been happening since we got the vehicle in 2023 and no dealership understands what the issue is even though there are clearly recall repairs for other same make and model of other years surrounding this 2022 model. They keep saying its Keysense but…

A message appeared on the dashboard stating the engine would shut off soon. I could not accelerate. This has happened multiple times (at least a dozen since I bought the vehicle in April 2025) and I cannot drive above 70 mph or it will cause the issue to occur. Several times I have been in multi-lane traffic and because you cannot accelerate, I have to try to park on the should across multiple lanes of traffic at high rates of speed while slowing down.

While driving 75MPH, the vehicle shut down with a message to pull over. All acceleration was lost. We had to navigate, without warning, across 3 lanes of traffic to pull over on the right side of the highway. This was EXTREMELY unsafe as we were slowing down and essentially cutting off other vehicles who were honking at us as this was a traffic hazard. All 6 members of my family were in the vehicle. We had this happen another 3 times before arriving home. I took it to my…
