I was driving on an interstate in Florida on vacation while using my GPS which was showing on my cars screen. As I was following directions the screen went blank. This caused me to not know which exit to take as it came across exits and while cars following behind me the lost of GpS guidance in the mist of it giving me a direction caused a panic. I use GPS systems all the time and that was the reason the car was purchased because of the gps system and screen. I have been…

I own a 2023 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. At approximately 42,000 miles, all of the warning lights illuminated while driving. The warnings included Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Warning, Parking Collision Warning, and multiple other system alerts. At the same time, I experienced a loss of electric power steering assist, increased steering resistance, and clicking/popping noises coming from the steering rack. The Honda…

Component/System: Integrated Control Module (ICM) CPU — software defect identified under NHTSA Recall 25V-785 (Honda Recall TN2). The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. Safety Risk: While driving on a California highway, I attempted to accelerate to pass another vehicle and the car failed to accelerate normally — it did not respond with expected drive power. This is consistent with the recall defect, which states the ICM CPU can reset while the vehicle is in…

There were no warning lamps or messages prior to the failure. My family was out of town, when the fire occurred. However, the neighbors were home and their home also sustained some damage. My home was a total loss. On June 16, 2026 I received a call while out of town that my home was on fire and it was a total loss. Statements from the neighbors and fire marshal were that the garage was on fire and then spread to the rest of the home. The only thing in the garage that could…

I took my car in because the electric parking brake warning appeared while driving. I also looked it up and saw many others were having this issue. So basically Honda charged me for something that’s an ongoing Honda issue and passed it off as a glitch and cleared the codes. Clearly Honda needs to recall the 2023 accord because this isn’t safe and clearing the code isn’t taking care of the problem. Furthermore charging me for diagnosing this is completely wrong knowing this…

This is a second formal supplemental complaint. Vann York Honda sold this car as new, but a Honda America provided Carfax proved it was a prior personal use vehicle. The car has catastrophic phantom braking, causing a physical friction rash on my skin. Multiple witnesses are now afraid to ride in the car. The vehicle has suspension failures documented by irregular tire readings. Despite an active federal recall, Flow Honda refused mandated repairs. During a prior headliner…

My vehicle has an open safety recall 25V785 related to improper software programming of the Integrated Control Module CPU, which can cause loss of drive power while driving. I brought the vehicle to an authorized Tempe Honda dealer (8030 South Autoplex Loop, Tempe, AZ 85284) to have the recall completed. The dealer confirmed the recall is a software ICM update, but refused to perform the recall unless I paid approximately $981 plus tax to replace the original OEM audio head…
