  Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Acura Integra, Civic Type R, CR-V Hybrid, CR-V, HR-V, 2022-2025 Civic, Civic Hatchback, 2024-2025 Acura Integra Type S, 2025 CR-V Fuel Cell EV, Civic Hybrid, and Civic Hatchback Hybrid vehicles. The steering gearbox assembly may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can cause excessive internal friction and lead to difficulty steering the vehicle.

  Risk: Difficulty steering can increase the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: Dealers will replace the worm gear spring and redistribute or add grease as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 18, 2024. Owners may contact Honda Customer Service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's numbers for this recall are SJS, MJU, QJT and VJV.

   A few days ago I heard a loud clunking noise emanating from the rear wheel wells when I was making left or right turns regardless of speed. I took it in to my local Honda dealer who reported that the nut holding the sway bar became loose somehow, causing the noise. They had indicated it's possible it had not been torqued to factory specifications. The dealer also reported that multiple customers had already come in for similar issues.

   Pulled into parking space but needed to adjust so shifted into R. Tapped gas and car went forward. Shifted to D and back to R. Tapped gas and car went forward. Turned car off, then started car again. Shifted to R and tapped gas, car went backwards correctly.

   Winshield cracked while parked due to heat stress. Visibility impaired by crack. Problem has not been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center. Vehicle or component has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others. There were not any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure.

   Driving on road with a number of left curves on September 24, 2026. While making the turns, with no driver input, the steering wheel jerked 2-3 times a few inches to the right . Noticed the steering wheel jerking to the right before, but not as severe. I currently own a 2020 Honda CRV and have had other CRVs and never had a steering problem such as this.    I am filing this complaint regarding the sunroof glass on my 2025 Honda CR-V, VIN [XXX]. On XXX, while I was driving on the interstate at highway speed, I heard a loud pop/combustion-like sound.    While driving on a highway, the vehicle suddenly lost power and could no longer maintain highway speed. It entered a reduced power mode, flashed multiple errors, and was pulled over to the shoulder and stopped.
