   Hi, In my car VSC light is always on, I got it scan as well but it doesn't show any code for VSC and ABS systems. Toyota dealership also don't give any information about the codes. It's kind of very dangerous to drive with all the lights on the cluster. Thank You

    I was driving on a residential street and my brake pedal got stiff and then got soft and I couldn't stop. I pushed the pedal hard and almost hit the car in front of me and then I felt a hard clack and it felt like I was hit or like I hit something.     ABS Brake Actuator failed, this malfunction came out of nowhere, making me unable to stop my car and putting my life at risk. I have not seen any official recall on this from Toyota, but I’ve seen many people have this same specific issues on Toyota forums. The ABS, brake, and slip light came on all at once while my car made a continuous beeping sound. This all happened as my brakes went out.
