600 miles and 3 months out of warranty the dash completely disappeared. Dealership says the costs is in excess of $1600 to fix the issue. I have researched this and it is a common problem with these trucks and it needs an instrument cluster. Given the fact that GMC controls the panels to these trucks I feel certain that this is actually caused by them and should be fixed under a recall. We have owned the truck 6 months. We are not able to see the speed limit, gas limits or…

2 issues. The radio will go blank and not work regardless of the method using to listen. Example- Sirius/XM or FM/AM. The vehicle will accelerate/jerk forward/backward dramatically compared to the pressure on the pedal. Scared to let anyone else operate the vehicle to prevent accident. Scared to back up to a camper or trailer because it is unpredictable how far it will jerk. No alerts or warnings. Has been taken to the dealer shop many occasions. Accelerator pedal has been…

1 - The Engine or something electrical, possibly the ECM, failed or malfunctioned, and yes, it is available for inspection. 2 - The vehicle lost power, reduced speed, was hard to steer, and I couldn't put the hazard lights on; this occurred twice while driving on the highway, once I was driving at approx 75 mph. The results could have been catastrophic not only to myself but to others on the road. These two events are not the only times the truck did this. 3 - No. 4 - No. I…
