Battery light came on and showed low voltage while driving down the highway along with a loud sound. Also the icon with a red A and a circle around it came on, the lights and icons starting signaling. The steering wheel instantly became difficult to turn and control. I started to pull off the road the best I could and the parking break engaged before I could come to a complete stop. I wasn’t even off the road before the vehicle came to a stop.

While cruising on the freeway at approximately 70 miles per hour with no vehicles or objects ahead. The vehicle suddenly made a loud warning sound and flashed a message on the dash. The emergency brakes were automatically applied and nearly stopped in the middle of the freeway. The car behind had to swerve to avoid a collision. The vehicle then resumed driving forward. I was using the adaptive cruise control.

I was driving about 10mph around a turn and the motor turned off and I had to park to start the motor again. When I came to a complete stop the car engaged it's parking break and suddenly jerked forward. This has happened several times in the last year and this time I was the driver of the vehicle. It's a extreme safety issue and my wife has had it happen to her at a busy intersection more than one time.

My jeep will randomly not let me back up as it thinks there is something behind it and automatically apply the emergency brake. I brought it to dealership when it was still under warranty for this issue and they could not figure it out. My jeep will randomly stop as it’s driving, it will still rev when I push the pedal but it will not move in reverse or drive. The automatic shut off says it needs to be serviced and does not work. The automatic emergency braking comes on…

On 8/22/25 I was driving on the Interstate and attempted to set my cruise at 74 mph. After turning the cruise on and reaching the speed of 74 mph, I pressed the "set+" button. Almost immediately the car sped forward and within seconds I had reached the speed of 83 mph. I applied the brakes and looked down to see the cancelled cruise speed of 100 on my screen. I turned the cruise off and then back on. I was then able to successfully set the cruise at 74 mph. On 9/25/25 I was…

While in the elementary school carline this morning, waiting to drop my kids off at school, my brakes completely failed unexpectedly, causing me to roll into the SUV in front of me. The line in the mornings is long and slow moving and I was stopped behind several other cars also waiting to drop their kids off — letting off the break and re-engaging the break to move forward as the line progressed. Halfway through the carline, I pushed on my break as the car in front of me…

I have had nothing but issues with the electrical part of this Wagoneer. For months the BLIND SPOT ALERT system has flashed on for no reason. And then it sets an entire host of sensors off that beep continuously on and off while driving down the road. My car has been with the dealership for going on 4 weeks with no fix.
