My ABS module is confirmed faulty resulting in an unsafe car to drive. The ABS module is extremely hard to come by, on an indefinite backorder, and I cannot get the part anywhere. Maybe people waiting over a year for the part. This is resulting in aftermarket or refurbished parts, which are risky and unsafe. I am out of a vehicle because I cannot get the part and no one wants to buy a faulty car.

The battery terminals will stop tightening, which made me think it was fully tightened. I wiggled them from side-to-side and they didn't move. As I was driving, the vehicle died, which almost caused an accident because the steering wheel locked. I was able to get the vehicle to a safe stop and hook up a jump pack to it. I then discovered that my negative battery terminal wasn't even on the battery post. It slipped off when lifted UP but didn't move AT ALL when wiggled…

The ABS Module Failed while Driving. Yes it is available for inspection. The 2017 Jeep Wrangler stopped abruptly. Then it barely moved when I continued to press on the Accelerator pedal. Then it ran normal for about a mile, then it started jerking like I was depressing the brake pedal, intermittently. The safety of myself and others was put at risk by the sudden braking without any input from me. Yes, the problem has been confirmed by an independent service center. No, the…

It randomly will not start and will need a jump start to get going. My safety has been put at risk due to not being able to start the car while in unfamiliar locations. I have had fhe battery and alternator checked and both came back with no issue. No symptoms. Just the issue of not starting even after driving around all day. There’s no pattern when it comes to knowing if it will start or not.

On May 9, 2025 I was driving down the road and the engine shutdown. I was lucky not to be in much traffic and pulled off the road (no power steering or brakes). Had I been in a left lane on a freeway this is very dangerous and I could have been rear ended. I was just told that a replacement TIPM will not be available until July 9, 2025. This must be failing at a high rate, if it takes almost 2 months to get a new TIPM, and follows 2 or 3 previous recalls by you for the same…

The ABS module was diagnosed as the cause of multiple warning lights appearing on the dashboard, including the ABS light, parking brake light, and traction control light. According to an ASE certified technician, the failure of the ABS module disabled the antilock braking system as well as the cruise control feature. This issue resulted in loss of antilock braking function and reduced overall vehicle safety. The problem was identified and confirmed by a qualified technician.…

Cruise control was not working. The Jeep would also idle too fast when stopped but not get to the proper speed while driving. ABS brake light was on with code that rear wheel brake sensor was not working. Sensor was replaced but it still doesn't work. C. Harper Jeep garage in Connellsville, PA says the ABS module is bad and not supplying power to the wheel sensors. This part is supposedly on back order with no known time of availability. The fuel injector also needed…

While on the highway, cruising at 65 mph, the electronic stability control warning light started flashing and the brakes started to be applied automatically and almost caused an accident and rollover. No trouble codes are shown or captured and dealership can not reproduce the issue. However it has happened more than 5 times and only while on the highway at cruising speeds.

While driving all dashboard warning lights came on and the headlights and directional lights stopped functioning causing a dangerous driving condition in the dark.
