This is my 5th Jeep over many years. I have the Wrangler Jeep 4 Xe 2024 model that is pristine kept. There have been over 5 recalls of different matters and there is still a recall outstanding from OCTOBER of 2025. Although this car is marketed for rough terrain (which I do not do), it has been in the shop for many times- some with Safety Recalls to include Risk of Fire, Loss of Power and explosion. Some advising me NOT to charge the vehicle near a structure. The brand has…

I have a failed 68C Federal Recall Safety Remedy Recall. The jeep suffered a catastrophic high-voltage battery and powertrain failure while operating at highway speeds. The vehicle is unsafe to drive, charge, or park near structures due to Fire Risk. In December of 2025 at the Jeep's authorized dealership the battery passed corporate software diagnostics, and Stellantis assured me the vehicle was safe to operate. The recall remedy completely failed. On September 18, 2026…

Since the completion of the 68c recall, my Jeep has a concerning issue: when driving in “electric” mode for about 15-20 minutes, the available power starts to decline. Despite pressing on the accelerator it continues to decline for about 10-15 seconds. Then the screen displays “Electric Mode Temporarily Unavailable”, the ICE starts and engages (with no warmup) and the Jeep switches to “Hybrid” mode. This all happens despite there being a 40%+ charge remaining on the battery…

Our wrangler was taken in to get the 68C recall done and once we finally got the vehicle back the electric driving mode had significantly less power to the point where the vehicle showed it was limited to 43-45kw of power output to the electric motors which resulted in a top speed of about 67-70mph until it completely failed and said "electric mode temporarily unavailable" on the dash. It then stumbles and restarts after a brief pause thag causes the vehicle to slow down to…

After 68C recall completed, there is a noticeable reduced power and sudden engine (ICE) starts when it shouldn't be needed. It takes seconds for the vehicle to pickup speed when needed such as when merging lanes which causes a high risk for an accident due to this delay in response. This vehicle is not running as intended, it seems the threshold has been reduced on purpose which is not why I purchased this vehicle to begin with. I need this vehicle to operate as it once used…

I want to preface by saying I love my Jeep and I baby it. It only has 13k miles on it (mostly highway) and I have never taken it offroad. However, I paid a ton of money for a vehicle that, not only has lost more than half it's value in 2 years, but is also not reliable or safe. A 70k value vehicle that is only worth less than 30k now. I have several ongoing issues and they have happened multiple times. The 68C and 78C recalls caused SO many issues with performance, safety…

After a cold start (sitting for a few hours or overnight) if I were to give the vehicle some gas, 15% pressure on the petal, the car bucks violently shifting from 1st to 2nd to the extent of 'chirping' the tires. This happens about 50% of all starts, the severity varies from slight (like a small bump in the road) to violent (chirping the tires \ breaking suddenly) It's been reported several times to the dealer but they cannot replicate the issue.

After completing the 68c recall, one week later, my Wrangler got the red turtle message and the check engine light came on. I lost power and the fan went on full power and sounded like a jet engine. Lost power on the highway. It has been at the dealer for 4.5 weeks and still has not been looked at to diagnose. No loaner. No rental. Nothing. It is unsafe to drive so it has to be left at the dealer.

The Vehicle has a lack of power in electric mode and stalls when the engine turns on to run on gas power. This is causing merging issues or ramping up to speed to enter the highway. When trying to quickly turn or avoid being hit by an oncoming traffic when you floor the accelerator, it lags and doesn’t engage power to quickly move out of the way. You have to be in gas mode for a quick response. This happens all the time.
