I have a failed 68C Federal Recall Safety Remedy Recall. The jeep suffered a catastrophic high-voltage battery and powertrain failure while operating at highway speeds. The vehicle is unsafe to drive, charge, or park near structures due to Fire Risk. In December of 2025 at the Jeep's authorized dealership the battery passed corporate software diagnostics, and Stellantis assured me the vehicle was safe to operate. The recall remedy completely failed. On September 18, 2026…

Our wrangler was taken in to get the 68C recall done and once we finally got the vehicle back the electric driving mode had significantly less power to the point where the vehicle showed it was limited to 43-45kw of power output to the electric motors which resulted in a top speed of about 67-70mph until it completely failed and said "electric mode temporarily unavailable" on the dash. It then stumbles and restarts after a brief pause thag causes the vehicle to slow down to…

After 68C recall completed, there is a noticeable reduced power and sudden engine (ICE) starts when it shouldn't be needed. It takes seconds for the vehicle to pickup speed when needed such as when merging lanes which causes a high risk for an accident due to this delay in response. This vehicle is not running as intended, it seems the threshold has been reduced on purpose which is not why I purchased this vehicle to begin with. I need this vehicle to operate as it once used…

The Wrangler 4xe after the latest recall has had issues with power, switching from driving with all electric to driving with the engine running. Have had several instances of very laggy pedal response (even at highway speeds) which could cause a safety issue or accident.

I want to preface by saying I love my Jeep and I baby it. It only has 13k miles on it (mostly highway) and I have never taken it offroad. However, I paid a ton of money for a vehicle that, not only has lost more than half it's value in 2 years, but is also not reliable or safe. A 70k value vehicle that is only worth less than 30k now. I have several ongoing issues and they have happened multiple times. The 68C and 78C recalls caused SO many issues with performance, safety…

After a cold start (sitting for a few hours or overnight) if I were to give the vehicle some gas, 15% pressure on the petal, the car bucks violently shifting from 1st to 2nd to the extent of 'chirping' the tires. This happens about 50% of all starts, the severity varies from slight (like a small bump in the road) to violent (chirping the tires \ breaking suddenly) It's been reported several times to the dealer but they cannot replicate the issue.

  7. Filed Sep 18, 2026PREngineFuel, Hybrid & EV PropulsionTransmission & Drivetrain
The vehicle is experiencing several issues: When accelerating on the highway, propulsion suddenly cuts out. Another issue is that, at times, the engine starts at high RPMs—even when the hybrid battery is charged—without any warm-up period; the engine RPMs then begin to fluctuate on their own. This latter behavior could lead to engine wear or unexpected failure, as the engine fires up at high speeds and begins charging without allowing the oil to properly lubricate the engine…

  8. Filed Sep 17, 2026ILElectrical SystemFuel, Hybrid & EV PropulsionTransmission & Drivetrain
The Vehicle has a lack of power in electric mode and stalls when the engine turns on to run on gas power. This is causing merging issues or ramping up to speed to enter the highway. When trying to quickly turn or avoid being hit by an oncoming traffic when you floor the accelerator, it lags and doesn’t engage power to quickly move out of the way. You have to be in gas mode for a quick response. This happens all the time.

Vehicle has recurring failure of the Uconnect infotainment system and underlying Telematics Box Module (TBM). Diagnostic code B1560-13 (Cellular Antenna 1: Circuit Open or Short to Battery) has been documented on two separate dealer visits. On the most recent occurrence, the head unit displayed an Android Recovery boot loop screen preventing normal system operation. On August 26, 2026, my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe, with approximately 32,000 miles, experienced a sudden loss of power while my family and I were driving. The vehicle lost power in an intersection, creating a serious safety hazard with surrounding traffic. We were stranded until help arrived, and the vehicle had to be towed because it would not restart. Before the loss of power, the A/C stopped blowing cold air. The check-engine light came on, dashboard components and warning…
