On XXX, approx. 1615 hours, I was traveling EB on I70 in [XXX]. The cruise control was set at approximately 72MPH. I was in the left lane of travel and both my wife and I heard a revving noise and as I looked at the dashboard, I noticed the RPM gauge was high, I hit the brakes and started to go to the right lane and the entire vehicle shut down. All within a matter of 5-10 seconds. The dash indicated to put the truck in park to start it. I was able to make it to the shoulder…

Whenever I refuel my truck the pressure in the fuel tank causes fuel to spit out of the fill neck. It is a common, known, issue among RAM trucks involving the fuel line. It takes me 20 to fill the tank up because of this issue, and I’m constantly having the fuel spitting out at me and the ground. This is a safety/fire hazard that needs to be addressed by RAM. Apparently the only fix is to replace the entire tank which is costly and frustrating. RAM acknowledges this yet they…

On March, while I was leaving to take my children to school, I discovered a loud, heavy metallic knocking sound coming from the engine of my 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. As I depressed the gas pedal, the knocking frequency increased immediately with the engine RPMs. Prior to this total failure, I had noticed the truck feeling hesitant and "stuttering" when I was trying to accelerate from red lights in the days leading up to the incident. Because I was concerned the engine would…

Went to do the 10000 mile maintenance, after the oil change and changing all the filters. The truck wouldn’t start, had a mechanic look at it and he said it’s a faulty fuel pump. Called the dealership as there is a recall for that part and it was serviced less than two years ago. So it’s covered under that and the recall warranty. The dealership is refusing to fix the truck, Chrysler customer care in Canada says it’s the U.S. office’s problem and they have to do it. U.S.…

When fueling up the truck the gas pump keeps clicking like if the truck is full of fuel but it isn’t. The truck has a cap less system so there’s a valve on top of the gas tank that is supposed to let the fuel into the fuel tank once gas starts pouring in. The valve gets stuck and it takes a long time to refuel. There’s no way to replace that valve because it’s molded into the gas tank so it can’t be replaced without replacing the whole gas tank itself.

I was told they had other trucks in with the same problem and only way to fix is replacing the whole gas tank. 4No it has not been inspected, all my info is from employees that write up the work order.. 5Have been having this problem since August 2025. 6 I feel this is a safety item that should…

I bought this truck 11/13/2025 and it has been in the shop since I bought it. It’s been “fixed” 4 times, including replacing the fuel pump. The vehicle is still stalling out and the same check engine code po62A keeps popping up. The engine light has popped up right after I’ve picked it up from the mechanic every time. It’s been to 3 different mechanics and no one can seem to fix the issue. It has become unsafe for me to drive. The dealership is no longer returner my calls or…

Cannot put gas in tank without the gas pump continuously shutting off the flow. Was told by Dodge technicians that it was a faulty roll-over valve ( believe this is a safety item ) in the gas tank. Was told the only way to fix it is to replace the gas tank. They have had other dodge trucks in for the same problem. Being this is a safety item ( keeps gas from spilling out during a roll-over accident) I would think there should be a recall to repair. If possible could you also…

Problem Description: Beginning in early 2025, the vehicle started experiencing intermittent electrical malfunctions that cause it to lose power unexpectedly while driving. The issue occurs without warning, creating a significant safety hazard for both the driver and other motorists. The vehicle has been taken to an authorized Ram service center on four separate occasions (February 2025, July 2025, September 2025, and October 2025), but the problem has not been resolved. Each…

MGU (alternator) has went out on my truck and multiple dealerships have stated they can’t fix it due to parts not available. Molar can’t get the part and now I’m stuck with no vehicle. After coming to a rolling stop and making a right, I would attempt to accelerate. The vehicle would then throw itself out of gear and I could not accelerate. A message would appear on the dash "Shift to P then Desired Gear." The problem would not be fixed until the vehicle was put in park, then back into drive.
