Front seat belt alarm randomly goes off indicating that the seatbelt is not buckled. This occurs randomly at times 3-5 time a day or days without incident. I feel my safety is at risk because the vehicle does sense that the driver or passenger is buckled. Does this have an impact on other safety features like the airbags deloying? If there are no direct safety impacts, there is also the impact of it distracting the driver and causing an accident. The problem is so random…

I am the owner of a 2024 Toyota Tundra. My vehicle is subject to open NHTSA Recall No. 25V-332, for which I received notification. It has now been over a year since this recall was issued, and no remedy has been made available to me. I have contacted my Toyota dealership and was told the remedy parts are not yet available' or 'no timeline could be provided. This unresolved recall leaves my vehicle in a condition that Toyota itself has identified as an unreasonable safety…

I have only owned the truck since mid April of 2026. The truck has 12000 miles on it. I have only put 200 miles on the truck... 150 miles are driving to the dealership. Engine recall notification was sent out last week of May 2026. Still an open recall for reverse lights with no remedy. Took Tundra into dealer at the beginning of May 2026 to get two other "electronic/infotainment" system recalls repaired. I bought the truck used from a dealership. Had three open recalls…

In the 2024 tundra if there is a camera misalignment for the 360 degree cameras or reverse cameras. It sets off a code that makes the trailer brake say disconnected even when connected. I took the vehicle in and had the cameras recalibrated then the brake worked. On my last trip pulling a 4,000 lb trailer the cameras came out of alignment so my trailer brake stoped working mid trip. This is a safety issue that can cause a accident.

My 2024 Toyota Tundra Platinum (VIN [XXX] ) had multiple times where I had delayed throttle response which created close call of accident while turning. While driving down the highway at ~70 mph, the truck's powertrain suddenly shut off. The electronics still worked, but the RPMs dropped to zero. I was forced to pull off to the side of the road, where I tried to turn off and turn back on. The truck kept on turning off and on by itself electronically, but the engine and transmission wouldn't engage for roughly 10 minutes. I was eventually able to start the truck and limp home, but the engine was knocking afterward. Completely…

The lens on the forward facing camera in the front grill cracked making the camera useless and in need of replacement. I first noticed the problem about a year ago. It is available for inspection. I can't see any damage around the camera that would have been caused by an object hitting the front of the truck which leads me to believe that the camera lens cracked because of a defect. The camera has not been inspected by the dealer however I have gotten a replacement estimate…
