Torque converter clutch failed and sent metal chips through the transmission causing the transmission to fall and made the truck not drivable. The check engine light came on a few hours before the transmission finally gave out. The transmission would not shift out of first gear. Transmission is hunting for gear when decelerating. Back and forth it tries to change gear. Just started. I have 64,000 miles on the truck. At 22,000 it started shuddering and the fluid was changed which corrected the issue then. At 53,000 the shudder returned and I paid the dealerdealership to replace the torque converter. Now 12,000 miles later I'm having a shifting issue. This Transmission seems to be problematic.

I am submitting a complaint regarding my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT. Because of this, I am extremely concerned and disappointed that such a major mechanical component has failed at such relatively low mileage. A transmission…
