These 6.2 Liters are failing and there is no fix. GM claims my motor passed a test but not knowing if and when it will break down leaving me stranded or worse in a horrible accident with engine failure is not safe. My lane assist is now out as well, the version is old and GM wants to charge to update it (only 60k miles on the truck). Top it off with this new recall my oil changes are over $150 for supercar oil. The deprecation of this truck with know recalls is another…

On September 24, 2026, my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (5.3L V8, 10-speed automatic) suddenly stopped moving and the steering locked. The truck had to be towed to the Chevrolet dealer. This is a repeat failure. On June 17, 2026, at about 43,700 miles, the truck showed the warning "Service Transmission Now / Unable to Shift Soon" with code P07B4. The dealer ordered part 86277653 (automatic transmission shift control assembly), which was on backorder for weeks. Between June…

The vehicle is experiencing gear shifting failure. Specifically, when the transmission temperature reaches over 160 degrees, it shifts into limp mode and loses power, which creates a significant collision risk. Additionally, the forward collision warning system is not working at all.

The Transmission has failed, it is a 2022 chevy silverado, which other vin numbers have federal recalls regarding the same issue our truck is having. The truck locks in place while driving and then gives a jolt. The manufacturer has the vehicle who we bought it from. I also have been in touch with GM regarding this issue as well.

I was sent a notice of a recall regarding a fuel pump, power control module that needs to be taken care of, but it is not being accepted under my VIN number. I believe that there is this issue with my vehicle or something similar because every day I start the vehicle up for the first time and drive it. It is jerking me and does not have proper fuel or proper pressure to move the vehicle without jerking me. After 10 to 15 minutes it cleans up and drives better but then again…

The vehicle intermittently experiences transmission or drivetrain slipping, shuddering or juddering, and shaking while being driven. The symptoms are inconsistent and there is currently no check-engine warning light. The problem has not yet been diagnosed or confirmed by a dealer.
