I own a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ Texas Edition with 51,000 miles, equipped with the factory multi-camera system and rear backup camera. The camera images are clear and all cameras function normally, but the forward/reverse guide/trajectory lines no longer appear. When the cameras are activated, a blue hourglass appears in the upper-left corner and the guide lines never load. This is a safety concern because the guide lines help the driver judge the vehicle's path and…

These 6.2 Liters are failing and there is no fix. GM claims my motor passed a test but not knowing if and when it will break down leaving me stranded or worse in a horrible accident with engine failure is not safe. My lane assist is now out as well, the version is old and GM wants to charge to update it (only 60k miles on the truck). Top it off with this new recall my oil changes are over $150 for supercar oil. The deprecation of this truck with know recalls is another…

The vehicle is experiencing gear shifting failure. Specifically, when the transmission temperature reaches over 160 degrees, it shifts into limp mode and loses power, which creates a significant collision risk. Additionally, the forward collision warning system is not working at all.

We were sold a 2022 ZR2 1500 Chevy pickup on 8/14/2026. The dealer disclosed "unknown" on the used car buyer disclosure form. By admission of service department this truck's engine seized in March 2026. A replacement engine was ordered, placed on back order, and arrived to the dealership in August 2026. The service department believed that the repair was done and finished on 8/14/2026, the same date as the purchase. On 8/30/2026, the truck was not running properly, not…

Traveling on interstate highway at 70 mph when the truck engine went to idle and transmission tried to go into park. The dash just flashes "service transmission" and and other warnings. Engine still runs but can't shift out of park. Shifter is not responding to move the truck. Engine can't come off idle. Turn off engine. Power button will turn power on or off but won't crank engine. 4 ways flash for awhile with dash flashing then everything go blank. All electric power is…

This vehicle suffers from parasitic electrical drain. Is the car sits for a few days, it draws power down from the battery, which then causes the collision detection system to stop functioning.

I am having the same issue as the GM Safety Recall N232426400 - where it says it is a common issue in 2020-2024 Chevy 1500's (which my truck is a 2022 Chevy). Where the tailgate will drop by itself. I looked into this recall and my truck is not included. However, it just rained heavy and now my truck's tailgate is dropping on it's own. This is a safety risk due to loading the truck bed and having it open on its own without me knowing resulting in items falling out of my…

The vehicle experiences a recurring electronic and sensor failure where critical advanced safety systems completely shut down while driving. The dashboard displays active failures for the Front Collision Detection System, Automatic Headlights, and Lane Keeping Assistance. These sudden defects directly compromise the vehicle's crash avoidance features, nighttime visibility, and lane safety, creating a severe driving hazard. The vehicle has been taken to an authorized…

The rear park assist will randomly turn itself off. It happens while just driving down the road and also at times when backing up. This has been an ongoing issue since I took the truck in to get the chips installed for it to work.

Ever since I’ve own, the vehicle emergency breaking has never worked. I get all the red lights and noises and I almost ruined somebody but luckily I swerved, but the truck is never break on its own and the dealership tells me that’s the way it is you have to hit somebody first before it breaks and the other day I was driving and all kinds of service lights came on the dash the trucks are misfiring

I went to Chevy in Warwick Rhode Island a few months back after all my adaptive cruise control and lane departure stuff stopped working. They reset it and it was fine for a couple months and now it isn’t working again. I went there and they said that my camera is not getting enough power and they have seen so many of these problems happening with these trucks but still no recall. Was waiting to get one because there should be a recall on these if so many trucks are having…
