Just over a month ago, I had my local dealership's mobile service come to perform the covered warranty reset on the powertrain module. Last week, while driving apx 40mph, vehicle went into what I now know was "limp mode" 3 times within a few minute span -- felt like vehicle shifted into neutral, wrench light came on, but did not stay on for more than a few seconds. Had a diagnostic appointment yesterday, and was informed that the molded leadframe and oss sensor need…

This loss of control while driving created an immediate and severe safety hazard. My investigation into…

My 2015 Ford F-150 experienced multiple sudden downshifts at highway speeds 75 mph and then started downshifting at lower speeds. Heavy clunking heard and wrench warning lamp came on with a very general warning message and turned both off after moving to the side of the highway and restarting the car. Warning sign returned while driving at significantly lower speeds on city streets, locked up tires when turning from a low speed twice. Extremely unsafe and could have caused a…

FORD CORPORATE CASE NUMBER: CXH-09262770. My 2015 Ford F-150 has experienced sudden, dangerous transmission downshifts at highway speeds that nearly caused a fatal collision. I complied with Ford's mandatory Recall 26S28 software flash, but the dangerous hardware symptoms remain active. The vehicle is currently grounded and unsafe to drive at the dealership lot, but Ford Corporate is denying the physical lead frame replacement due to narrow diagnostic code restrictions."

Refused to repair NHTSA Recall Number26V237 they wanted to charge me over 2000 dollars to fix even though it has a recall. I ended up getting the lead frame replaced at a local transmission shop for little over 1000 dollars. I would like to be reimbursed for the money and time I spent.
