My complaint with Jeep/Stellantis goes far beyond dissatisfaction with a buyback amount. My family leased a new 2025 Jeep Wrangler expecting a safe vehicle, and instead we have been placed in a worse position after dealing with serious recall and safety concerns. FCA has agreed to repurchase our vehicle, yet the process requires us to continue maintaining and driving a vehicle we no longer feel safe using while waiting weeks for the repurchase to be completed. A potential…

When I drive the in electric mode, I sometimes get a sudden loss of power and the system falls back to hybrid mode. Normally this is expected transition that is part of a plug in hybrid. Electric to Hybrid to Gas... As a alert driver, I plan for this not passing semi-trucks if I am low on electical until hybrid or hybrid to gas... The Jeep 4xe, seems to swtich AFTER I ask for more power.... this delay and hesitation is dangerous. Once example, with 35% battery, at 30 miles…

The Jeep 68C Recall fix severely hampered the output of the electric motor. When driving in Electric mode, or Hybrid mode after charging the electric battery, the Jeep works fine up until a point and as the driver you can feel it will reach a point where it cannot output anymore power from the electric motor. I most often hit this when trying to merge into traffic, or when going up hills. This is extremely unsafe because the Jeep will cease to output additional power and…

My vehicle has an ongoing serious problem when in electric mode. As the battery level falls below 50% the vehicle’s fails to accelerate properly. While on the highway this causes the vehicle to reduce speed and endangers me and my family as you cannot keep up with the flow of traffic when merging or changing lanes. There are also some issues when starting the vehicle it sometimes skips the warmup cycle and idles extremely high from a cold start.

I had only been driving for maybe 4 or 5 miles on back roads. All flat, not highway speeds, most of those miles at speeds from 35-45. Encountered a small hill that is really nothing. The first symptom is that I will feel a slight hesitation in the gas pedal. You could almost mistake it for a transmission gear switch. Then shortly thereafter it's a full on hesitation and a nearly dead gas pedal. Finally it becomes the electric mode unavailable error and super high Rev on the…
