Nabi 416 recalls
Risk: If the seatbelt anchorage assembly separates from the J-Bracket, the bus driver may not be properly restrained in the event of a crash, increasing their risk of injury.
Risk: If the wheelchair lift or ramp can be removed from the stowed position while the transmission is not in neutral, if the service brakes fail to hold the bus, the bus may move unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury to the wheelchair lift or ramp user.
Risk: The overheating of the switch may lead to a fire or distract the driver and increase the risk of a vehicle crash.
Risk: In the event of an emergency, the windows may fail to open and passengers may be delayed in exiting, increasing the risk of personal injury.
Risk: A loss of steering control could result in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Risk: If the inlet or outlet sections disconnect, hot exhaust gases can vent prior to exiting the tailpipe, creating the risk of combustion and a fire. If both clamps fail, there is a risk in some applications that the doc/dpf housing may detach completely, creating a road hazard.
Risk: An insufficient weld could lead to a separation or partial separation of the plate and cause the driver to loose proper steering control of the vehicle, possibly resulting in a crash.
