My 2019 Ram 2500 with push‑button start became completely immobilized due to failure of the RF Hub Module. The truck has full electrical power but will not crank, will not click, and will not shift out of Park. The Check Engine Light blinks several times and stays on, and the security system does not activate. This is a known failure on 2018–2020 Ram HD trucks. The RF Hub controls the start authorization and immobilizer system, and when it fails the vehicle cannot be moved,…

I was driving at night when my wipers activated at full speed on there own causing my trucks horn and blinkers to stop working. I was with my wife and 2 children when this occurred causing my wife and I to feel very uncomfortable. Driving with this issue for an extended period. This is not the first time it has occurred Anna my truck only has 38,000 miles but this is the first time of it activating at night which is what made it that much worse and what ultimately got me to…

dash board displays trailer not connected when it is then lights and brakes goes out and will not come back on. this happens every time I haul. I have to pull over on the side and disconnect and reconnect tailer and shut off the engine and restart to reset. sometimes this works most times not. Last time it happened at 12am doing 70mph on I 95 and almost caused a severe accident. I have called dealer and the manufacturer and nhtsa and reported to no avail. This same control…

My rear back window is leaking into the cab. Water comes in around the rear headliner and down onto the seats. This is a known issue on 2019+ Ram trucks with the same backlite design — cracked upper frame and failed seal causing water intrusion.

I bought this vehicle used at around 105,000 miles. I have since spent almost $22,000 on repairing of the diesel exhaust system.. my vehicle is actually in the shop now it’s been in the shop since middle of October on and off as they cannot effectively diagnose the problem. Actually they can diagnose the problem. They just can’t fix the problem. I have all my receipts, but they are in the truck currently and the truck is currently at the dealership here in Imlay city…

The touch screen is delaminating. Due to the delaminating the truck randomly calls people, randomly turns functions on/off, it can be very distracting. The only way to solve the issue is to turn off the unit, however half the cars controls and controlled through the unit including some of the safety features so if the head unit is turned off I can’t use some of the safety features.

While driving 50 mph in traffic 2019 Ram 2500 Bighorn 6.7 Cummings Diesel lost power, steering failed and brakes failed. I had to use the emergency brake to avoid a crash. I had my daughter and 2 grandsons in the truck. ESC or ESCM light and engine light. Then the truck wouldn’t turn off. Then there was an awful noise from under the hood - it was a now loose pulley and belt.

Service ESC flashing on the dash intermittently. If I am in cruise control when it happens vehicle abruptly disables cruise control. Codes when ready are U0002 and U0212. Same problem happened about a year ago, dealer reflashed ABS and sent me on my way. I informed them of other similar trucks experiencing the same issue and that it wasn't a reflash issue. Had them document my concerns that it would just happen again after warranty...I was right.

SYMPTOM: Driver side vanity mirror light and garage door (homelink) stop working with a short time period where they will work if held in a certain position. This is the second time this has happened, with the first time being under warranty (mileage estimated at 32000). I am well past warranty period. I disassembled the visor to find 2 frayed wires and a wire that has been severed at the point they entered the visor chamber from the guide tube (IMG_1819, IMG_1817, IMG-1821,…
