Since Nov 2025 there has been a recall with still no remedy for repair. The recall is a huge safety risk regarding the hybrid battery worrying me about it exploding or catching on fire as it warns me to not charge it in my garage and be careful charging it which is the only reason I purchased this hybrid.

At the end of March 2026, the hybrid battery was replaced due to a recall by the dealership. After this, several software updates done, including the BCM, per technician's notes. In May 2026, my vehicle was found bricked in my driveway, unable to jump start, giving warnings regarding the dual charging system. After being towed to the dealership, they found my 12v battery was dead and stated that it needed to be replaced, which was done, with no further testing per…

This vehicle has experienced continuous HV battery drainage since repaired under recall 68C on 2/9/26. Multiple follow up trips to the dealer and discussions with the Stellantis "Star team" have resulted in them informing me the vehicle is unfixable but "safe" to drive. They admit they have no idea what the problem is or how to solve it.

Hybrid/battery system is locked out and fails to operate in freezing weather (FORM status malfunction) Both winters I have owned this vehicle it will not operate on battery from mid-September until March or April. None of the ridiculous "fixes" do anything including oil changes, fuel additions or driving for 2 hours (!) to burn off oil in the fuel, all tried multiple times. I have dash photos and log of this malfunction. The dealership has been useless and unable to offer…

I was driving on the highway when all of a sudden my gas pedal stopped propelling the car and the engine seemed to be off. I looked at the dash board and saw that the car was indicating it was off and that I needed to step on the brake and hit the ignition button to turn it back on. I barely had control of the car but was able to pull off to the side of the road. I then had to wait several minutes for the car to respond and turn back on. This has happened in the past to me…

This car has completely lost all power 3 times while I was driving and I had to have it towed to a Jeep certified dealer and it shat in the shop for 18 weeks. It has been in the shop 6 times and I haven’t even had it a year. It has had multiple recalls on this car and it’s still scary to drive. I don’t feel safe in it at all.

Since I first leased my vehicle in May of 2023, I have received over 7 safety recalls. At least 2 of which are related to the main battery of the hybrid power system. Ever since I got the first one, I was recommended to park my car outside my house for risk of fire while parked. The latest recall, which has not been resolved involved the battery again and after taking the car to the dealer, the battery did not pass the test and the dealer requested I leave the car with them…
