Risk: Without functioning windshield wipers, the driver's visibility may be reduced, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: A short may result in a vehicle fire.
Risk: If the springs break, the pedal may not return to idle once the driver lifts their foot off the pedal. This unintended acceleration increases the risk of a crash.
Risk: Tire overinflation may reduce traction, braking ability and handling, increasing the the risk of a crash.
Risk: In the event of a crash, the incorrect label may result in difficulty opening the emergency windows. This could increase the risk of personal injury.
Risk: Uncontrollable throttle position may lead to a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: The absence of reflectors could reduce the ability for others to see the bus, increasing the risk that another vehicle may crash into the bus.
