Risk: A step that separates or becomes unstable while in use, increases the risk of a fall or injury.
Risk: When the vehicle is moved or driven with the boom out of stow, the vehicle could exceed the recorded travel height, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: An electrical short circuit can increase the risk of a fire.
Risk: An improperly calibrated system may have a delayed braking response, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: A fastener that has not been heat treated could fail, resulting in separation of the pedestal and turntable, increasing the risk of injury.
Risk: An overheated wire can ignite flammable material in the cargo area, increasing the risk of fire.
Risk: A short may cause the inverter AC wiring to overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.
Risk: While using the pole rack at full capacity, an incorrect high vertical center of gravity during braking and cornering may lead to a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: An aerial device that operates while the vehicle is in gear or neutral can cause unexpected vehicle movement and increase the risk of injury.
Risk: Missing welds can lead to platform joint failure due to fatigue or overload, resulting in the platform falling from the boom tip, increasing the risk of injury.
