Risk: LP tanks that cannot be shut off increase the risk of a fire. Additionally a loose LP tank may detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: An overheated printed circuit board increases the risk of a fire.
Risk: The incorrect label color may make it difficult for the operator to locate the loading or tire pressure information, increasing the risk of a crash.
Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source, increases the risk of a fire.
Risk: Unbelted passengers may not be properly restrained in a crash, increasing their risk of injury.
Risk: An undersized wire can overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.
