The backup camera on the Ford Transit Connect 2014 has failed, making the vehicle unsafe, particularly for backing over pedestrians or small children difficult to see in mirrors. We see that recalls on the backup camera have been issued for models 2015 and later, but it is apparent that this is an issue for earlier models as well. Please require that Ford address the problem with all models.

The larger middle bench seat gets stuck and often won't fold down from its up position; this began several years ago, I've just been living with it. Recently it also began to get stuck in both positions -- won't fold down when up, and also won't unfold back up when it's been down. I took this vehicle in to the dealership to get this issue fixed a few years back, and they were unable to figure out what was wrong, but still charged me full price for service. I am now driving…
